大人って、
なんで夢を語らないの？
なんで未来に希望を持たないの？
「なんで？」を掘り下げるのが好きです。
学校をつくる！って言い始めて
教育のことを考えたり語らったりすることが
多くなりました。

ふと我に返ると、
「なんかおかしいこと言い出したぞ」
ってもう一人の私が言ってるし
しかもそれを宣言しちゃうし
そんな夢みたいなことを言える人じゃなかったんだけど…
でもそういうことができるようになって
人生が充実したというか
本当の幸せを実感しているというか
やっぱり、人間は成長や前進を感じられないと
心が満たされないんじゃないかと思うんです。
語れる夢なんてない
今目の前にあることで精いっぱいだ
でも、何かくすぶってるものがある、
なんてことないですか？
未来じゃなくて、目の前のことに精一杯
人生はこれからまだ50年以上続くのに
なんでそんなに未来をないがしろにしていたんだろう？
いつしかそっちの気持ちの方が大きくなった。
だから言いたいことは言うし、
やりたいことはやるようになった。
じゃあなんで前は言えなかったのか？
たぶん、
現実を生きてないとか
子どもみたいで幼稚とか
そういうふうに見られたくなかったんじゃないかな。
そんなこと言ってないで、
目の前にあること、まずちゃんとやろうよ。
それが「大人」でしょ。
そんなふうに思っていたのかもしれない。
だから、
完璧に仕事しなきゃいけない
完璧に家事育児をこなさなきゃいけない
そういうことに囚われて
目の前のことで手いっぱいになって
未来のことなんか全然考えられなかったんだ。
完璧主義をやめたら
でも、今はまったく逆の考えをもつようになった。
完璧でなくてもいいじゃない。
失敗したっていいじゃない。
できないことは学びになって次に繋げればいいし
だれかに頼ることだってできる。
そんなところで立ち止まってないで
一歩でも前に進もうよ。
できないことを何とかするよりも
できることをやって前進しようよ。
人生は有限。
時間は有限。
私のエネルギーも有限。
それを改めて理解して
大事なところにちゃんと注ぐようにして
そしたら未来を考える余裕が出てきた。
人生が上手く回り始めた。
だからね、
みんなが自分や相手に完璧を求めなければ
もっともっと未来のことを考えられるようになって
未来のための行動ができるようになったら
世の中が好循環になるって思うんだけど、
・・・そこが、なかなか難しいみたいだ。
今ももちろん大事。
でも、
無収入になろうが
教員という肩書きなくなろうが
10年後20年後50年後を大事にして
選択する生き方をしている今の方が、
よっぽど充実しているんですよね。
がんばっても幸せになれなかったのは・・・
人生と時間は有限っていうのは
理解しやすいと思う。
エネルギーも有限というところを
ちょっと説明したい。
エネルギーっていうと
石炭や石油とか、
再生可能な太陽光・水力・風力などが
思い浮かびます。
いわゆる、何かを動かす力のもと。動力源。
私たち人間も動くのにエネルギーを使っています。
ごはん食べて、寝て、日光浴びて、とか
エネルギー補給することで動くことができます。
それは、使えばなくなるエネルギーです。
再生可能エネルギーに対して、枯渇性エネルギーと呼ぶらしい。
そうそう、使ったら、なくなる。
あんまりそういう感覚なく動いてますけどね。
でも、
めっちゃ疲れたー
全然動けないー
寝るしかないー
エネルギー切れたら自然と休んでます。
ただ、目の前にやらなきゃいけない仕事があったら
子どもがぐずってたりお腹空かしてたら
エネルギー切れでも動いちゃうんです。
働いていた頃の私は、
ずっとその状態でした。
自分のことが全然わかってなかった。
自分のことを全然労わってなかった。
責任感だったり
誠実さだったり
そんなふうに言ってもらえるのだけれど
ありがたく受け止めるのだけれど
でも、
自分のことを大切にできないで
相手のことを大切になんて、できない。
つくづくそれを実感しています。
だって、がんばってやっていたけれど、
エネルギー使い果たしてイライラしてたし
自暴自棄になってたし
自分も家族も崩壊しかけたし
結局、誰も幸せにできなかった。
まずは自分
自分にあるエネルギーを把握して
自分を大切に扱うようになって
ようやく、幸せを感じられるようになった。
さらに、幸せをギブできるようになってきた。
自分も、家族も、周りも、地球まで
幸せにしたるーーーって
そこまでエネルギーを注げるようになった。
私という人間は変わらない。
ただ、
エネルギーの使い方を知ったのだ。
大事なところにエネルギー注いで
不要なところは省エネ。
私がもっているエネルギー。
すぐに枯渇するエネルギーもあれば
出し続けられるエネルギーもある。
そういうことを理解し実践すれば
しっかりと幸せを享受できる。
